What an X3 bed delete does
The Can-Am X3's factory bed is bulky and heavy for what most desert builds actually carry. This kit removes it entirely, replacing the structure with driver- and passenger-side platework formed from .125-inch mild steel — lighter, stronger, and clean-looking behind the cage. It is the starting point for spare tire carriers, coolers, and fuel mounting on a race-style rear end.
Installation
No welding: the kit installs directly onto the vehicle with OEM and supplied hardware, reusing some of the factory hardware. All required assembly hardware is included.
