Suspension is where LSK started and it is still what we are known for. Our UTV long travel parts pair race-proven geometry with hardware that survives abuse: boxed and gusseted arms, premium spherical bearings and uniballs, and geometry worked out on race cars before it reaches a catalog. More travel is easy to advertise and hard to do right — keeping camber, caster, and scrub honest through the whole stroke is what separates a kit that looks wide from a kit that stays planted through whoops at speed. What is on this page today covers the Can-Am Maverick R, the Can-Am Maverick X3, and the Yamaha YXZ1000R; each product page lists exactly what it fits and what it includes.

UTV Suspension — Common Questions

What is a long travel kit?

A long travel kit replaces the stock control arms (and usually radius rods and axles or tie rods, depending on platform) with longer, stronger components that widen the stance and increase usable wheel travel, paired with shocks valved for the added stroke. The result is more stability and control at speed in rough terrain.

Are LSK UTV suspension kits bolt-on?

Many LSK kits are bolt-on and install with hand tools, while our race-oriented kits may require welding or fabrication. Each product page lists whether the kit is Bolt On or Weld It Yourself, plus what is included.
