This Cage Is Built With .120 Wall DOM Main Tubes And .095″ DOM Support Tubing That Can Be Either MIG Or TIG Welded Without The Use Of A Specialized Fixture – Just Install The Supplied Connector Plates To The Stock Cage Locations And Piece Together The Cage On The Vehicle. INCLUDES: 27 Laser Cut Tube Pieces With Laser Etched Part Numbers On Each Component 1.75″ OD .120 Wall DOM Tubing For Main Structure 1.75″ OD .095 Wall DOM Tubing For Support Tubes 1.50″ OD .095 Wall DOM Tubing For Windshield Cross Bars Mounting Plates & Hardware To Mount In Factory Landing Locations REQUIRES: Welding – This Kit Can Be Welded Together Once Configured On The Vehicle UPGRADES: Aluminum Roof – .06 Thick 2 Piece Roof W/ Small Visor Bend And Bead Rolled Joint – Complete With Weld On Tabs And 1/4″ Grade 8 Hardware NOTES: This Cage Sits 14.50″ (36.83cm) Tall From B Pillar Mounting Plate To Highest Point On Cage Late Model X3’s Come With A Clamp Style Mount At The A-Pillar Landing Point – This Clamp Must Be Cut Off And The Supplied Flat Plate Will Be Installed In Its Place. Must Use A Floor Jack Under Center Of Vehicle During Installation To “Level Out” The Frame Rails – Failure To Do So Will Make Aligning The Cage At The Factory Locations Difficult.
