Introducing the weld it yourself RADIUS cage kit for your 2014+ Polaris XP1000 4 Seater! This cage is built with .120″ & .095″ DOM tubing that can be either MIG or TIG welded without the use of a specialized fixture – just install the supplied connectors to the stock cage locations and piece together the cage on the vehicle. INCLUDES: 17 Laser cut tube pieces with laser etched part numbers on each component 1.75″ OD .120 Wall DOM Tubing for main structure (2 piece main hoops) 1.75″ OD x .095 Wall For Main Structure Components & 1.50″ OD x .095 Wall DOM Tubing For Windshield Cross Bars (2) A Pillar & (4) B or C Pillar clamps to attach to OEM cage location REQUIRES: Welding – This kit can be welded together once configured on the vehicle UPGRADES Aluminum Roof – .06 thick 2 piece roof w/ small visor bend & bead rolled connection – Complete with weld on tabs and 1/4″ grade 8 hardware NOTES: Measuring from the frame mounting bolt on the B Pillar of your RZR to 42.60″ will give you the total height of the LSK cage (See photo in product gallery) Aluminum roof upgrade is a single piece of .06 aluminum with a slight visor bend up front to match the cage radius

How this weld-it-yourself Polaris RZR XP1000 cage kit works
The kit arrives as 17 laser-cut tube pieces, each laser-etched with its part number, in 1.75-inch OD .120-wall DOM main tubing. No fixture table is required: you install the supplied connectors at the stock cage locations and piece the cage together directly on the vehicle — the Polaris RZR XP1000 itself is the jig. Every joint can be MIG or TIG welded, whichever your shop runs. You keep the fab work, the finish choice, and the pride in your own build, and the kit ships at a fraction of the freight cost of an assembled cage.
Flat vs. radius: picking a cage style
This is the 4-seat radius cage. Radius cages sweep the roof line back for a lower, race-car profile; flat cages keep a level roof line and maximize interior headroom. Structurally both are built from the same DOM tubing — the choice is profile and headroom, and matching LSK aluminum roofs are available for each style.

Can I MIG weld this cage kit, or does it need TIG?
Either — the joints are designed to be MIG or TIG welded, whichever you or your fabricator prefer.
Do I need a jig or fixture table to build it?
No. The supplied connectors install at the stock cage locations and the tubes assemble directly on the Polaris RZR XP1000 — the vehicle acts as the fixture. Mock it up, tack, check, and weld it out.
How do I know which tube goes where?
Every one of the 17 laser-cut pieces is laser-etched with its part number, so the kit assembles like a numbered puzzle on the vehicle.
What models does this cage fit?
