Our Upper Control Arms Utilize A 1.25″ FK Uniball In A Fully Sealed Outer Pivot With Our Proprietary Rubber Boot And Aluminum Cover Cap. Inner Pivots Are Fully Sealed Assemblies As Well With 3/4″ FK Uniballs And 17-4 Stainless Misalignments For A Smooth And Quiet Ride In Any Terrain. Why upgrade the Gen 2 Raptor's upper control arms
The 2017-2020 Gen 2 Raptor comes with more travel than any factory truck — and a factory upper ball joint that becomes the limit at full droop. These arms replace it with a 1.25-inch FK uniball in a fully sealed outer pivot, protected by our proprietary rubber boot and aluminum cover cap, with fully sealed 3/4-inch FK uniball inner pivots and 17-4 stainless misalignment spacers. The arm stops being the limiting factor, and it stays quiet doing it.
Installation
Completely bolt-on: the arms reuse the factory UCA bolts, install with hand tools, and the allen key for assembly is included. They pair with the factory suspension or with King coilover and bypass packages — we carry both for this truck. Get an alignment after install.
Common Questions
Do these Raptor arms squeak?
No — the FK uniball is fully sealed behind a rubber boot and aluminum cover cap, and the inner pivots are sealed assemblies. Uniball articulation and strength, factory quiet.
Which Raptors do they fit?
2017-2020 Gen 2 Ford Raptors. Matching lower control arms are available separately, and both work with factory or King shocks.
Why not just run the factory arms?
At full travel the factory ball joint runs out of articulation and wears fast when the truck is used the way a Raptor is marketed. A sealed, serviceable FK uniball handles the misalignment and can be replaced as a bearing instead of an arm.
