Why upgrade the Tacoma's upper control arms
On a lifted or hard-driven 2005+ Tacoma, the factory upper arm's sealed ball joint is the first failure point — it binds at steeper angles and wears out unserviceable. These arms replace it with a 1.25-inch FK uniball in a fully sealed outer pivot, protected by our proprietary rubber boot and aluminum cover cap, with fully sealed 3/4-inch FK uniball inner pivots and 17-4 stainless misalignment spacers for a smooth, quiet ride in any terrain.
Installation
Completely bolt-on: no requirements, no welding — the arms reuse the factory UCA through-bolt. They run at stock height or lifted with factory or aftermarket coilovers, and they are the same arms our Tacoma race and prerunner kits are built around. Available in black powdercoat or raw metal finish (raw ships unassembled). Get an alignment after install.

Do these arms squeak like other uniball arms?
No — the uniball is fully sealed behind a rubber boot and aluminum cover cap, and the inner pivots are sealed assemblies. Uniball strength, factory-arm quiet.
Which Tacomas do they fit?
2005-and-up six-lug Toyota Tacomas, stock height or lifted, factory or aftermarket coilovers.
Do I need anything else to install them?
No — they are bolt-on components that reuse the factory UCA through-bolt. HD zip ties for the OEM brake lines and the install allen keys are included. Budget an alignment afterward.
