What this Silverado long travel kit does
The 2019+ GM 1500 bolt-on long travel kit is built for daily-driven Silverados and Sierras that need to run rough roads at speed. Custom upper and lower control arms, machined tie rod extensions, coil bucket adapters, weld-on bypass hoops, and bump stop mounts give the truck 12-13 inches of usable wheel travel (depending on limit straps, bump stops, and axle assemblies) and push the track out 3.5 inches per side — more stance and control without giving up street comfort.
Stance, tires, and wheels
Designed around a 37-inch tire on a 17x9 wheel with 4.5 inches of backspacing (0mm offset). The 3.5-inch-per-side width increase keeps the truck usable as a daily while transforming how it carries speed off pavement.
What's included
Upper control arms, lower control arms, machined tie rod extensions, and brake lines; coil bucket shock mounts are provided when shocks are purchased with the kit. The bypass hoops and bump stop mounts are weld-on. Pair it with King coilovers valved for the truck — and budget an alignment after install.
