LSK Is Proud To Introduce The 11-19 2500HD Coilover Conversion / Torsion Bar Delete System. Our Coilover Conversion Utilizes A Set Of Custom Upper & Lower Arms In Conjunction With A Fabricated Shock Tower/Hoop Setup To Ditch The Factory Torsion Bars To Vastly Improve The On & Off Road Ride. The Factory Shock/Forward Upper Control Arm Mounts And Upper Bumpstop Mounts Are Removed.

REQUIRES

  • 2.5″ x 8″ Coilovers With CUSTOM EXTENDED/COMPRESSED LENGTHS – Shock Specs Can Be Provided If Kit Is Purchased Without Shocks
  • Welding Is Required – This Is Not A Bolt On System And Will Require Proficient Knowledge In Fabrication To Perform The Installation

  • Compression Adjusters – Adds The Compression Adjuster Knob Option For ADS or King Coilovers To Allow Quick Adjustments To The Coilovers Without Disassembly
  • Powdercoat Finish – Black Or Raw Finishes On The Upper & Lower Control Arms

  • Designed As A LEVELING System (0-2″ Lift) – Drop Bracket Style Lifts With This System Can Be Configured Directly Through Chris at Patriot Performance HERE
  • Pairs Best With Our OEM Height Rear Deaver Package 
  • Track Width: Stock Track Width
  • Max Tire Size: 35″ (May Require Trimming Depending On Wheel Offset And Tire Width)
  • Recommended Wheel Offset: 0mm (Avoid Positive Offset Wheels As Tire Can Contact Upper Control Arm At Full Turn) Factory Wheels Will Work But Be Mindful Of Overall Tire Width
  • Wheel Travel: 9″ On Average (Depends On Limit Strap Positioning & Adjustment)
  • Due To The Design Of The Shock Tower It Makes It Extremely Difficult To R&R The OEM Fuel Filter – Recommend Installing A Fuel Filter Delete And An External Lift Pump (Especially In 2011-2016 LML Duramax’s)
